Alex is a former gym owner who slept on the floor of his gym. While it was full, he couldn’t acquire, serve, and retain enough customers to be profitable.
Over the next 3 years, he became a sponge. He experimented and fixed each problem plaguing his gyms. He then turned one struggling gym into six packed gyms. That’s when he met Leila. By combining skill sets, work ethic, and core values, the company exploded. Today, the Gym Launch model has transformed over 1500 gyms in four continents.
One day a vendor of ours asked “When would you consider Gym Launch a success? When are you going to be done?” He asked this knowing our tremendous growth rate and revenue levels.
“When every gym owner can provide abundantly for his/her family, have time to enjoy their lives, and provide consistently life-changing service to their clients.” At the end of the day, it’s not about us. In a more poetic way, we aim to take the industry from begging on its knees to standing proudly on its feet.
We see the gym business as a single sequential flow. If you improve an earlier flow, it runs down the pipeline. We spend ALL of our resources to increase the flow. Effort and knowledge go in one side, profit and purpose flow from the other.
We spend hundreds of thousands every month to test new concepts that affect every part of the business: Lead generation, lead nurture, sales, fulfillment, retention. We don’t gain priceless insights and hold them hostage, but give them away instead.
